Most runs in a Test

The recent test at Rawalpindi was noted for many things, including one of the highest aggregate scores in a Test. It is, in fact, the 3rd highest in terms of runs scored. Here are the Tests where the most runs were scored:

Most of these matches have been well covered in cricket literature. The first of these (Durban, 1939) had England making 652/5 while chasing 696. They had to leave because of their travel arrangements. The second (Kingston, 1930 had the West Indies at 408/5 while chasing 835 when the teams had to leave.
